We build the systems that run the business.
Corgi is an AI-native insurance company opening 100 cafes in the next six months, and operations at that speed don't run on spreadsheets. Rabbithole architected Corgi's MCP infrastructure: an internal MCP that connects the entire internal business and powers Corgi HQ, and an external MCP that connects the customer side and powers the mobile app. Around it: the leasing deck, the brand system, and the full AI visual library.

Corgi HQ · the deal pipeline we built · outreach → LOI → lease negotiation → closing
An insurance company that lives on the street corner.
Corgi is a venture-backed, AI-native insurance company valued at $4 billion, and Corgi Cafe is how it shows up in the real world: a neighborhood cafe where founders work, meet, and buy insurance right where they build. Every cafe is open 24/7, because the people building companies don't stop at 5, and neither does the room. The plan is 100 cafes in the next six months, with dozens of locations already in development. Every location is a community hub, co-working destination, startup event space, and insurance retail experience in one. And every one of them needs the same systems running underneath. That's where Rabbithole comes in.
An internal MCP that connects the whole company. Corgi HQ is the cockpit.
Scaling to 100 locations means leasing, buildout, vendors, money, and people all moving at once. We built Corgi's internal MCP, a Model Context Protocol layer that connects every part of the internal business, and Corgi HQ, the operations platform that runs on it: property sourcing, a deal pipeline that tracks every space from first outreach to keys in hand, buildout dashboards, blocker and contractor management, sponsorships, finances, tasks, and company stats. Fifteen working systems on one connected layer, ready for every automation that comes next.
Sourcing & deal pipeline
Market sourcing, a kanban from outreach to LOI to negotiation to closing, pipeline analytics, and a live market map.
Construction & vendors
Per-location buildout dashboards, blocker tracking with owners, and contractor coordination in one view.
Money, tasks & the room
Sponsorships, finances, task management, company stats, and a TV-wall mode that puts the numbers on the cafe wall.
- Built on real workflows. The pipeline mirrors how Corgi actually leases: outreach, LOI, negotiation, keys in hand, with market targets tracked separately from active deals.
- Accessibility-audited color. Every orange and type combination measured against WCAG contrast ratios, with documented decisions rather than guesses.
- Built to grow. New automations plug straight into the internal MCP; whatever Corgi automates next, HQ already speaks its language.
An external MCP for the customer side. The app runs on it.
We built Corgi's external MCP, the layer that connects the customer-facing business, and the mobile app that runs on it: browse the full menu and order, earn Treats through Corgi Rewards, and plug into the community of builders working out of the cafes. Sponsored drink placements are wired directly into the home screen, so the app is a revenue surface, not just an ordering screen.

- Ordering. The whole menu: coffee, tea, exclusive drinks, smoothies, and snacks, with per-location pickup.
- Corgi Rewards. A Treats points system with unlockable tiers, from an extra shot up to Corgi merch, and member standings.
- Community. A member directory and weekly spotlight for the founders and regulars building from the cafes.
- Sponsor placements. Partner drinks get premium home-screen slots, monetizing the app from day one.
A 16-slide landlord deck, rebuilt to brand and verified to the pixel.
Corgi's commercial leasing overview, the deck that goes in front of prospective landlords, rebuilt slide by slide: the official lockup placed at one uniform, measured size on every slide, the palette remapped to exact brand orange, all typography re-set in the brand faces, branded photography swapped in, and every frame normalized so nothing clips or slivers at the edges. Copy errors in the original were caught and fixed along the way. Click through the full deck below.

A brand book, a voice, and a kit the whole company runs on.
Full brand guidelines shipped as an interactive document and PDF, plus a production-ready kit with logo lockups, a type system, and an exact color spec, and a Voice & Copy Playbook covering tone, house lines, channel rules, and naming conventions for every location, drink, and program.
- Complete guidelines. Logo usage rules, photography direction, color, and typography, delivered as web, PDF, and asset kit.
- Type system. Geist Mono for display, F37 Bolton for headlines, Geist for body; numerals set tabular where they carry data.
- Voice playbook. Voice attributes, before and after rewrites, a channel-by-channel register guide, and ready-to-post copy.
- Naming conventions. Locations by neighborhood, menu and program naming rules, file-naming standards.
- The underscore. A tagline device styled as a blinking terminal cursor, with usage rules so it never degrades into a typo.
A full visual library for the deck and brand. Every wordmark letter-perfect. No photo shoot.
The visual library behind the leasing deck and the brand: storefronts, interiors, baristas, the mural, the regulars' corgis. AI-generated with a pipeline Rabbithole engineered so the real signage lockup appears exactly, in-scene, in true perspective and lighting. Every logo instance is zoom-checked at 100%; every frame passes anatomy and set-dressing QA before it ships. Reject rate went from roughly 40% in early batches to zero.

Selections from the final set. Shot list spans daylight, golden hour, blue hour, rain, and dawn. One consistent location, one consistent brand.
The speed of AI.
The standards of a studio.
The whole stack, one engagement
MCP infrastructure, operations platform, mobile app, investor deck, brand system, photography. That's five vendors at most companies. Corgi hired one team and got all of it, in weeks, speaking one visual language.
AI speed, hand-checked to the pixel
A full photography library with no photo shoot. A 16-slide deck rebuilt without a design agency. We produce at a pace traditional shops can't touch, then verify every deliverable by hand before it ships.
One system, not a pile of deliverables
Everything we build connects: the brand layer lifts straight onto the products, the photography feeds the deck, and the platform is ready for the next automation. Each piece makes the others stronger.
