Rabbithole Consulting is an AI consultancy that goes beyond strategy decks. We map where AI creates real revenue or removes real cost in a business, then design, deploy, and operate the systems that do it — typically with an upfront setup fee plus an ongoing monthly retainer. We work with restaurants, boutique hotels, salons, dental practices, plumbers, HVAC services, and other small + mid-market businesses, and we ship the same engine to client demos so prospects can experience the product before signing.

The company is run by Austin White from San Juan, Puerto Rico, and we serve clients across Puerto Rico (San Juan, Condado, Old San Juan, Ponce, Mayagüez, Caguas) and remotely worldwide. In-person workshops and on-site implementations are concentrated in Puerto Rico.

## How we price

Two-part: upfront setup fee (one-time, depends on system complexity) plus ongoing monthly retainer (covers operating the system, iterating on it, and handling edge cases). Pricing is transparent on call — typical engagements start in the low five figures for setup and three to five figures per month thereafter.

## Common questions

**What does an AI consultant actually do?** We map where AI can create revenue or remove cost, then build and operate the systems that do it — not just write a strategy doc.

**Do you only work in Puerto Rico?** No — we're headquartered in San Juan and concentrate in-person work locally, but most engagements are remote. We work worldwide.
