Very pleased with the initial presentation to do the job, the crew that came to do the work and all the administrative work behind the scenes. A perfect match was made to our existing home hardwood that was perfectly spliced into the existing floor so no transitions were required PLUS they ‘undercut’ the baseboards to eliminate the need for quarter rounds. Luxe installed LVP and base boards throughout the house and installed new tile in my hallway bathroom. Like others have said, good communication throughout the project cycle and left the house clean everyday. They worked with me to provide an alternate solution for a nose piece on the stairs that adds depth to each tread. It looks awesome and this was after they had already installed the previous nose piece and had to remove and replace. I appreciate their willingness to work with me on it.
Installing hardwoods is an art and the crew was top notch. They handscraped, stained, and took great care in putting three layers of poly topcoat on the floors. The final product is beautiful. I highly recommend Luxe.
