There are two shapes, and we tell you which one fits on the strategy call:
Flat monthly retainer. One monthly fee covers the audit, the build, the deployment and ongoing operation.
Setup fee plus retainer. A one-time setup fee for the build, then the monthly retainer for operating the system, iterating on it and handling edge cases.
The retainer is month-to-month: if we are not earning our keep, you cancel, no penalty.
