The program

Rabbithole Customer Support SMS is a two-way, conversational customer-support service. When you text our number, your message is handled by Rabbithole's AI support assistant, which answers your questions and helps with your request; a member of our team may also join the conversation.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for support, or email team@rabbithole.pro. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States with a valid U.S. mobile number to use this service.
