Rabbithole SMS — How You Opt In

This page documents exactly how end users give consent to receive text messages from Rabbithole Consulting at (415) 549-9589. We only ever text people who contacted us first or who gave us explicit verbal permission on a phone call. We never send unsolicited outbound texts, never use purchased lists, and never share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties.
The three ways a person opts in
1. Verbal consent on an inbound call
A business owner receives a personal, manually dialed voicemail from Rabbithole's owner about a free demo website he built for their business, and chooses to call (415) 549-9589 back. On that call, our phone assistant asks for permission before any text is ever sent:
Only callers who verbally agree receive a text. Callers who decline are never texted.
2. Texting us first
A person texts (415) 549-9589 first. Our replies go only to that same number, within that same conversation.
3. Texting START
A person texts START to (415) 549-9589 and receives this opt-in confirmation message:
What the messages are
Two-way, conversational messages responding to the recipient's own inquiry: answers to their questions and, when they request them, the link to their demo website, pricing information, and a secure payment link.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation.

Help and opt-out
Reply HELP for support, or email team@rabbithole.pro. Reply STOP to opt out at any time — you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages unless you opt back in by replying START.
Your data
Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and text-message content are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
